MANCHESTER, Maine — Nouria Energy Corporation has acquired J&S Oil’s assets, according to CSPnet.com
The acquisition includes 13 businesses, stated the article, which consist of two Express Lube auto service locations, three Ultra Clean carwashes and eight Xpress Stop convenience stores with fuel.
With this new acquisition, reported the article, Nouria Energy now has 31 locations in Maine and a retail network total of around 140 sites which span from Sagamore, Massachusetts, to Waterville, Maine.
The c-stores sell Green Mountain Coffee, lottery tickets, tobacco, beer and more, informed the article, and food service in some locations includes Café Xpress, which offers Krispy Krunchy Chicken, and Amato’s, which features sandwiches and pizza.
“The J&S locations complement our existing Nouria operation in the great state of Maine because of their exceptional customer service, food service focus and thriving private-label fuel and carwash businesses,” said Tony El-Nemr, president and CEO of Nouria Energy, in the article.
The acquisition agreement also includes a transport logistics business and a wholesale fuel supply division, continued the article.
