MONTREAL, Canada — As technology progresses, there are more electric cars on the road, and BRIO Intelligent Car Wash is installing electric charging stations for this market, according to a press release.
“We have laid the groundwork for our carwashes,” said the President of BRIO, Mario Di Palma. “Our plan calls for a network of 50 carwashes, each equipped with public charging stations for electric vehicles, which will provide greater geographical coverage in Quebec,” he continued in the release.
BRIO recycles 95 percent of the water it uses in carwashes, and also recycles rainwater, which reduces its consumption in drinking water.
The partnership for the electric charging stations is with Hydro-Quebec. The vice president of the company, Pierre-Luc Desgagne, said, “It allows us to extend our offer to another type of business, giving Electric Circuit customers new opportunities to charge their vehicles.”
