LAKE MARY, Fla. — Lake Mary Car Wash will celebrate its grand reopening celebration and new name Saturday, Nov. 22, according to a press release.
The wash will commemorate its new name, Top Dog Express Car Wash & Oil Change, with a ribbon cutting ceremony at 11 a.m., said the release.
Locals have owned the business since 1997. The name change will help it remain consistent with its other two stores of the same name in Sanford and Melbourne, explained the release.

“By merging Lake Mary Car Wash under the Top Dog Express name, we’re able to offer our customers the convenience and benefits of more locations under the same name, and ourselves the ability to continue a cohesive branding growth,” shared co-owner Tony Schissel, in the release.
The event is free to the public and will include catering from various local restaurants and raffle prizes, reported the release. Several area businesses, the Lake Mary Police Department K9 Unit and the Lake Mary Fire Department will also participate.
