ATLANTA — RaceWay is selling 30 convenience stores/gas stations in eight states, according to CSPnet.com.
The 30 c-stores up for sale, stated the article, include one location in Arkansas and Mississippi, two in Texas, three in Georgia, four in South Carolina, five in Alabama and Florida and nine in Tennessee.
NRC Realty & Capital Advisors LLC, located in Chicago, will handle the sale of the RaceWay locations, continued the article.
The sites will be sold without fuel supply or c-store/fuel branding, the article added.
RaceWay dealers operate over 300 c-stores with gasoline in 12 states, noted the article, and the company brand is owned by RaceTrac Petroleum Inc., which has more than 370 locations in five states.
