LAS VEGAS — Fabulous Freddy’s, a chain of customer-centric carwashes and service stations in Nevada and Utah, has teamed up with OfferCraft, a software company that boosts offers and incentives, to provide games and prizes to its customers, according to a press release.
The carwash’s patrons will now be able to play digital games, such as scratch-offs and fishing games, as they wait for their cars to be serviced or anytime online via Fabulous Freddy’s website, www.fabfred.com, and social media channels, stated the release.
The rewards earned from playing these games are interactive, continued the release, unlike traditional coupons.
For instance, added the release, customers can share the rewards they win with their friends and can even trade one reward for another.
“We want to create a fun and energetic environment,” said Freddy Smith, founder of Fabulous Freddy’s, in the release. “The goal of our company is to provide a fabulous experience to everyone and their vehicles that is the highest in quality, convenience, value and service. Teaming up with OfferCraft will help provide that fabulous experience to our customers.”
OfferCraft’s software platform “blends gamification tools with deep insights into human psychology,” reported the release, which helps to deliver more engaging and entertaining incentives for customers while driving more purchases.
“Freddy and the team have been wonderful partners,” said Aron Ezra, CEO of OfferCraft, in the release. “Instead of just shoving a coupon in a patron’s hand, we wanted to turn their marketing effort into genuinely fun experiences that give customers yet another reason to visit Freddy’s instead of going somewhere else.”
Founded in 1998, Fabulous Freddy’s operates eight locations throughout Las Vegas, Nevada, St. George and Sandy, Utah, noted the release, which feature full-service carwashes with detail shops, express lube services and 24-hour convenience stores with gasoline.
