AKRON, Ohio, and EXTON, Pa. — DRB Holdings LLC, dba DRB Systems, recently announced the acquisition of the assets and intellectual property of Sage Microsystems Inc., according to a press release.
Sage’s flagship QuickTouch and NexGen product lines offer comprehensive point-of-sale and workflow-enabling software to the quick lube industry, the release continued.
