CLEVELAND — Construction is underway for a new airport service station owned and operated by PMG Airport Plazas Developers LLC, which was acquired by the Cleveland Airport System, according to 19 Action News.
The service station, a Circle K, will be in a location with easy access to major highways, including Interstate 71, state Route 237 and Interstate 480, stated the article.
“We want to have a convenient location for our passengers, as well as residents in surrounding areas, to stop and fill up their gas [tanks],” said Ricky Smith, airport director, in the article. “This location is also close to our car rental facilities, again, making it easier for those customers.”
The service station will include a carwash as well as a Burger King inside for a quick food option, reported the article.
Construction for the $5.3 million project is expected to last around six months, noted the article.
